Seoul has a humongous numbers of famous restaurants. The one we visited this time is a restaurant chain that offers semi-buffet dinning. Topcloud has three branches which can be found in Mapo area, Jong-ro area, and Gangnam area of Seoul, and each branch has their own style such as European or Grilled cafe. The restaurants are located in the top of the building which provides magnificent view of city skyline. The average price of the semi-buffet is around 60,000 to 100,000 won ($60-$100) per person by not adding additional dishes or wine. I personally think this is a perfect place for 'once in a while date nights' also recommended for friends or family gatherings. Topcloud are not those five stars ones where you find yourself feel uncomfortable, here you can perfectly relax yourself in a luxury environment with delicious food while enjoying the beautiful city lights.
